As Ambassadors of Christ, we are dedicated to teaching the word of God according to what the word of God Says, concerning the True Christian faith, as taught by Jesus and His apostles.
This article is about the deception of Satan and how his deception has led to the anarchy and destruction we see happening in our streets across America, and cities around the world.
Corruption at the highest levels of government, and even among the civil service workers on these government jobs.
Scientists, cooperate giants and big tech heads, dictate the limits of freedoms and are sensitizing the people into a way of life hostile to God. We are, in fact, a people without the true knowledge of God. Read what Christ, through Paul, in Romans 1:18-28 said. What we see happening around the world, and in America’s streets is the result of evil men canceling out God, at the behest of Satan.
As human beings created in the image of God, the most important thing that we can ever achieve in life, is coming to the knowledge of the truth. Especially when it come to the worship of our Creator and knowing the purpose for the Church That Jesus Started. Things Satan has hidden from humanity. Through men unknowingly, influenced by him or his demons, preaching visions of their own imaginations. Jer 23:16, Matt 24:5
Just what is this word truth, and why is it so important for a true worshiper of Jesus?
Now we must remember, in God there is no shifting of shadows, He is the same today, as He was when He created the heavens and the Earth, and His word is truth.
Webster define truth as: The real facts about something.
Strong’s concordance of NT Greek words defines truth as: objectively, signifying “the reality lying at the basis of an appearance; the manifested, veritable essence of a matter”
So, sisters and brothers, truth means having all the facts to determine the right result, or judgement of a matter.
That means that we should never act emotionally based on hearsay or assumptions. That is why at the end of every program, we remind you to prove all things and hold fast to that which is true. Especially when it comes to your salvation if you call yourself Christian. This is something you don’t want to be wrong about.
Jesus said concerning those who follow Him, that they would know the truth and that the truth would set them free, from the deception of Satan, and the penalty for sin, which is death.
John 8:31-32 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
Notice Jesus didn’t call those believing Jews, Christians; He called them disciples. A disciple is a student who becomes as his or her teacher. Calling Christ’s disciples Christians was to separate them from the Jews (Acts 11 they were first called Jews in Antioch.)
Jesus testified to this. Read Matt 10:24-25 “A disciple is not above his teacher, nor a slave above his master. 25 It is enough for the disciple that he become like his teacher, and the slave like his master.
There are a lot of Christians in this world but very few disciples of Christ. Just because someone says they are a Christian don’t mean they are Christ’s disciples.
Jesus also testified that those who worship Him, must worship in Spirit and truth.
John 4:23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeks such to worship him. 24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
A disciple of Jesus is a person that has the Laws of God, the way of God, written in his or her heart and mind, written there by God Himself (John 6:44-45), and they act upon it (Heb 10). That means that the Father and Christ are living in them; they are the Holy Spirit (Gal 2:20).
Most Christian preachers teach that the holy Spirit of God is a third God being. They don’t know the truth, or else they wouldn’t teach that.
Here is the testimony of Jesus, John 14:23 Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our abode with him.
What do the Scriptures say about God and the truth?
- The Heavenly Father is the father of truth, and that Jesus is the living truth, John 15:26, and John 14:6.
- Jesus Christ prayed that His disciples and those who would believe through their words would be sanctified in the truth. John 17:19-23
- God shows love and kindness to everyone who obey Him and keep His commandments, Ex 20:4-6
What do the Scriptures say about Satan?
Satan the devil deceives the whole world, Rev 12:9. He deceives by telling lies mixed with truth, He manipulate words, feeling and emotions
Rev 12:9
And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceives the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
That is the very reason for this article! So that every believer in Christ as Lord and savior, can know the truth, and chose to walk freed from the bondage of lies, and the confusion Satan has foisted upon an unsuspecting World, about the way of God, and our salvations in Christ Jesus.
There were already, in Paul’s day, men who were trying to corrupt the truth. Notice Paul’s concern. He was worried that the Corinthians that were listen to false teachers and being moved away from the truth, from the pure devotion and loyalty to Christ. (Acts 4:12 “And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved.”)
2 Co 11:3-4
3 But I am afraid that, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, your minds will be led astray from the simplicity and purity of devotion to Christ. 4 For if one comes and preaches another Jesus whom we have not preached, or you receive a different spirit which you have not received, or a different gospel which you have not accepted, you bear this beautifully.
Craftiness, Crafty: primarily, “a bait,” hence, “fraud, guile, deceit,” is rendered “craft” in the AV of Mar 14:1 (RV “subtilty”).
See DECEIT, GUILE, SUBTILTY.
Yes, sisters and brothers, master tricker are good choices of words to use when speaking of Satan. Why? Because the first time the Bible makes mention of the existence of the devil, is in Genesis 3:1, he is depicted as a serpent and tricked Eve.
And while the original Hebrew word used in this verse does mean a snake; it’s interesting to note that the root word for serpent in this verse comes from the Hebrew word naw-khash’- Strong’s # 5172. It means: to hiss, i.e whisper a (Magic) spell; generally, to prognosticate, which means to foretell the future.
And this Hebrew root word has also been translated as enchanter and enchantment in the King James Bible.
In other words, sisters and brothers, Satan appeared as an angel of light, but his attitude and personality was that of a hissing serpent whispering prognosticating lies and deceived Eve.
Satan’s formula is to:
- Distract – cause you to lose focus
- Distort – Twist or manipulate words
- Deceive – Covers the truth with a lie
- Destroy – To kill, bring to nothing, or death
Notice the words of Paul in verse 13 through 15 of 2 Co 11
13 For such men are false apostles, deceitful workers, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ, 14 No wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. 15 Therefore it is not surprising if his servants also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness, whose end will be according to their deeds.
False prophets and teachers among Christian’s today are still using Satan’s formula, craftily distorting the words of Jesus.
Even the words of Paul were being twisted and distorted by men who were workers of Satan.
2 Pet 3:15-18
15 Even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you.
16 As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.
Peter goes on to tell us about it: 17 “Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own steadfastness.
18 But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever. Amen.”
A disciple of Jesus Christ can not help but know the truth and grow in it.
Jesus Christ said that He would send a helper, the holy Spirit, that would lead His followers into all truth.
Satan is the ruler of this world
Here is something sisters and brothers, I don’t think people even grasp: Satan is the ruler of this world! He is the prince and power of the air. Every human form of government, from the highest to the lowest level, including all forms of religions during the time of Noah, before and after the flood, except the nation of Israel, Abraham’s descendants, were all figments of the imagination of men influenced by the devil and his demons.
And that is not all brothers and sisters! I want you to think about this long and hard, so that it sinks in.
Every Christian Church that came out of the Roman Catholic Church during the Protestant Reformation in the 1600’s, the Lutherans, Baptist, Methodist, Pentecostals, Later Day Saints, Jehovah Witnesses, Mormons, Evangelicals, ie, were all began by men influenced, and inundated with the Christianized pagan practices derived from the Gentiles that had become dominant in the Christian Church after the turn of the 1st Century.
In the third Century, the Bishop of Rome and the Roman Emperor got together and changed the times and seasons of God. This was prophesized by Daniel in chapter 7:23-28 of his writing concerning what would happen in the latter days.
Reformers like Martin Luther, John Calvin and Henry VIII challenged papal authority and questioned the Catholic Church’s ability to define Christian practice.
The problem is that none of these men went back to the Scriptures to seek correction, reproof or doctrine (2 Tim 3:16). They continued to observe the practices of the Catholic Church rather than to seek God’s truth and His righteousness; They ignored the Commandments of God, the testimony of Jesus.
The original teaching of Jesus was considered Jewish and banded by the Newly evolved Christians Churches, with their doctrines that included worship of the sun, and many other mystical gods.
Christians today still worship these false gods introduced by Satan; Christmas, Easter, Sunday worship, New Years and Valentine’s day celebrations are all Christianized pagan festivals.
That Scripture in Rev 12:9 should let you know that everything you learned about the Christian faith, is more apt to be a lie, rather than the truth.
Sisters and brothers, if you don’t believe what I am telling you, then ask you minister to show you any passage of Scripture that says:
1 the Law of God has been done away
2 that Christians are not to observe the Sabbath, the only day God named and called holy in all of Scripture, the 7th day.
3 Ask your minister what the word of God says sin is, and where is the definition of sin found in your Bible.
Remember, sister and brothers, Jesus testified that many false prophets and teachers would come, saying that He was in fact the Christ, but would deceive many.
Today we have learned men like T D Jakes, Michael Uself, David Jeremiah, Charles Stanly, Franklin Gram and many others who teach about Jesus, but are not preaching what Jesus taught. The point I am making is that, these men do not know, what they do not know, they do not know.
Jesus testified that He did not come to destroy the law of God, yet, these men, and many others on radio and TV station, are teaching the just the opposite.
Not one of them can justify observing Sunday as the day God said His people should worship him.
I would recommend that all of you read what Christ said about ministers like them in the book of Jeremiah 23:21-22
21 “I did not send these prophets, but they ran. I did not speak to them, but they prophesied. 22 “But if they had stood in My council, then they would have announced My words to My people and would have turned them back from their evil way And from the evil of their deeds.
Jesus came to fulfill His role recorded in the Scriptures and the law of Moses in reference to Him being the ultimate sacrifice sin, be in the grave 3 days and three nights and rising again at the end of the third day, and that repentance for forgiveness of sin would be proclaimed in His name. Luke 24:44-45; Isa 9:6-7
Read it for yourself in your Bible! Matt 5:17-19, Jesus testified that heaven and earth would pass away before one jot or title would pass away from the law. Men who preach that it has are preaching a lie.
In the book of Revelations, the last book inspired by Jesus, written to the Church, Jesus testifies again, “Here is the perseverance of the saints, who keep the commandments of God and their faith in Jesus.” Rev14:12
Jesus also inspired John to record that Satan is at war with those who keep the Commandments of God and hold to the testimony of Jesus Christ, Rev 12:17.
We just read the testimony of Jesus in which He said, He did not come to do away with or destroy the Law of God, not by faith, not by grace, or any other teachings that are derived from the mind of men.
Brothers and sisters, you just cannot call on the name Jesus with your mouth and be saved unless you have repented, and begin observing the Commandments that Jesus wrote, with His own finger, on two tablets of stone and gave to Moses. Jesus testifies to this!
Matt 7:21-23 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter. 22 Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?’ 23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS.’
That is the testimony of Jesus, brothers and sisters! And all you minister out there will do well to heed the testimony of Jesus
You do not have to be like those who claim to be preachers of the righteousness of Jesus Christ, twisting and distorting the words of Christ and His apostles, to push a false narrative. You can repent and preach the truth!
Paul told Timothy “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires, 4 and will turn away their ears from the truth and will turn aside to myths. 5 But you, be sober in all things, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.” Paul was telling Timothy always preach the truth. 2 Tim 4:3-5
Sister and brothers ask yourself, are you going to Church just to have your ears tickled or are you going to learn the truth that leads to eternal life.
In 1 John 4:1 the apostle tells us to test the spirit to see if they are from God. Well, how are you going to test the spirits if you do not know what to look for. If someone does not know the truth themselves they can’t know Him, can they 1 John 2:3-6. If a minister does not advocate obedience to the Commandments of God and hold to the testimony of Jesus, he or she are workers of Satan and the truth is not in them.
Do not forget to pose those questions to your minister.
Here are some other Scriptures you should take under consideration that most ministers do not talk about.
John 15:8 My Father is glorified by this, that you bear much fruit, and so prove to be My disciples. 9 Just as the Father has loved Me, I have also loved you; abide in My love. 10 If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love; just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love-
1 John 2:4 The one who says, “I have come to know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
1 John 3:23 This is His commandment, that we believe in the name of His Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, just as He commanded us. 24 The one who keeps His commandments abides in Him, and He in him. We know by this that He abides in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us.
1 John 5:3 For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments; and His commandments are not burdensome.
So, blow the dust off your Bible brethern and prove all things, and hold fast that which is true, because if the truth sets us free, then it is lies that keep us in bondage.
